Grilled Mac and cheese! 
To make the mac and cheese..
Boil your noodles first then set them aside
For the sauce:
on medium heat,
mix just under 1/4 cup of olive oil (or whatever oil of your choosing) & 1/4 cup of all purpose unbleached flour
stir continuously for a few minutes before adding 2 cups of vanilla coconut milk (or whatever milk you prefer)
bring sauce to a boil
stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese shreds (I used a mixture of Daiya’s pepper jack, mozzarella, and cheddar)
stir until cheese is completely melted
add some basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sugar, and brown sugar
stir in your noodles
pour into oven safe dish and top with paprika and cinnamon sugar
bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
For sandwich:
heat pan on medium heat
apply a vegan margarine such as earth balance or smart balance to the outside of 2 slices of bread
place a slice into pan (buttered side down)
add macaroni
place second slice on top (buttered side up)
once the bread is as dark as you like, flip, let this side cook
and then EAT!
